About Andrew

Andrew Down started his property career in 1981 when he left school aged 16. He initially worked as a junior at a private residential and commercial property company and over the coming years gained huge experience of planning, management and all things involved with the running of a large company, leading to leading to a role of Senior Property Manager.

In 1993, Andrew ventured out on his own and formed a residential and commercial construction company dealing with all aspects of construction from refurbishment of existing property to construction of new buildings both in the commercial and residential sector.

Property development was a natural progression and Andrew has been involved in numerous projects over the years, sourcing suitable sites, working through the planning process building luxury homes, apartment blocks and also selling on sites with a planning gain.

Project Management has been a skill acquired by Andrew over his years in the industry and he has represented commercial and residential clients dealing with a vast array of projects, single storey extensions and loft conversions for homeowners, new build houses for owner occupiers, refurbishment and renovations as well as commercial property construction and refurbishment for corporate clients.
