Project Management

Whatever your project, I would love to be involved. Whether it’s an extension to your existing property, a loft conversion or building a new house, I am passionate about all things property!

I have experience in the commercial sector as well and would be delighted to be involved with your office or shop refurbishment, new build or redevelopment, whatever the size.

As Project Manager I am the central point of communication for the Client, I find the right Architect for you, the right Planning Consultant if needed, the right interior designer. I find the right tradespeople for you, contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, kitchen suppliers and fitters, bathroom suppliers, joinery suppliers. I have a huge network of trade contacts that I can call upon for any job and I am also happy to work with your contractor if you prefer. My job is to manage each of these elements and to deliver a smooth running project, on time and within budget leaving you to enjoy the entire process rather than it being a chore.

I am also experienced in taking on projects that have run into trouble, whether there’s a problem with the contractor, the budget or any other issue. I get the project back on track and deliver a completed project to the Client’s satisfaction, taking away the stress and letting the Client get back in control.

Site Acquisition and Disposal

With my extensive list of contacts I am well placed to help with the acquisition and sale of all types of property, residential or commercial. If you are looking for a specific site or have thoughts on buying a project, I can help. If you are selling, I have a large client base of property professionals who I can approach on your behalf.

Planning Permission

My wealth of experience with residential and commercial planning permission over the years and our experiences from dealing with complicated sites and challenging local authorities gives me an advantage if you need someone to take on the arduous role of getting planning permission for your site or property.

Joint Ventures

If you have a project where you would like to spread the risk, I have joint venture partners who are always looking to invest no matter how big or small. Let me know what you have in mind and I would be only too happy to discuss this with my partners and arrange an introduction.
